You are booking an introductory call. All calls are based on the ZOOM platform but are PHONE based only, make sure your client is aware that introductory calls are always AUDIO (subsequent meetings can be Video of course, once a relationship has been established) - If the client arrives to the call expecting a full video meeting, the disconnect between one party on video and the other on Audion always creates a lack of trust.
