Your Clients Are Already on Your Contacts List... Joining Rise as an M&A dealmaker, you will help your clients who own businesses already to find, fund and acquire a series of 'bolt-on' acquisitions. These companies will be 'rolled up' into a holding company, ready, when the time is right to sell to Private Equity, Family Offices or large trade buyers at a much higher multiple than they would achieve as small, stand alone businesses.
Why This Works For Your Client...The best deals are those that come with day to day management built in, meaning your client spends very little time 'in' the business. Once an acquisition is completed, you hand over the keys, then wait for your client to integrate that company into the group. When they are ready, you rinse and repeat. You will learn to quickly ascertain if an opportunity is viable. If it is, our deal team work with you to get it over the line.
The Big Exit The whole exercise is done to create the maximum exit value for your client. To do that, we sell at the right time. While you are working with your client,and our outreach team are finding the businesses to buy and our senior deal team are helping close the deals, we will ALSO be talking to our Private Equity partners, strategic trade buyers, VC's and Family Offices to structure an acquisition of the whole group. The Opportunity.

Why clients are happy to pay you

The companies you work with pay you from their own cashflow, then, when you bring in a deal, the revenues from the new business pay you every month.

The Joint-Venture Framework

Every time you bring in an acquisition opportunity for the company owners you are working with, you retain 5% equity in that new company.

No Personal Guarantees ( a game changer )

To fund these opportunities, we structure the deal so that there are usually no personal guarantees required, If the deal is great but a PG IS required, we can insure against that PG being called in.

Funding Deals

We have funding partners in place for deals from £200,000 to £20,000,000. As soon as you find an opportunity, we'll bring the finance team in.

On-boarding, License & Training

Your Earning Potential

Clients pay £3997 per month for Rise to find them the right strategic acquisition deals, you earn a straight 50%, £1998.50 per client per month.

Over time, you will build up a number of 'seller' opportunities that, while not a fit for your clients, might be a fit for other deal makers clients. We'll help you partner with them and split revenues.

We also create virtual mergers, a strategic play that builds massive exit value. Every client introduced earns you £400 per month for the lifetime of that deal.

Our strategy means you bring value to each client for at least 3 years making each client worth at least £54,000 to you, plus equity

Your Equity Share

You earn an equity share of around 5% in every deal you bring home.

Over time, your slices of equity build up into a substantial recurring revenue opportunity.

Clients like to see that you have 'skin in the game'

Equity is 'light touch' you are a hands free investor, sharing in company profits.

Your client will often agree to buy the shares back from you, giving you regular cash events as your build your strategy consultancy.

5% in every deal

Equity agreements are always negotiable with your client, we aim for 5% but this may vary.
