Ravi started his career as a Professional Engineer, he has led a wide array of Transportation Engineering and Planning projects of varying complexities. Ravi has established strong relationships with both private and public sectors in Canada, United States, Europe and the Middle East.
In recent years, he has accelerated his career given his astute knowledge in infrastructure planning and entrepreneurial mindset.
He managed a multi-disciplinary team with over 120+ employees, an operation with over $100 millions in revenue annually.
What sets Ravi apart in the industry is that he always pushes the boundary by setting aspirational but implementable business goals, and optimizing operations and delivery.

Mr. Anderson is a Private Equity Investor, Author, Mentor and Financial Entrepreneur. In 2002, he founded Quadra Global Capital Corp and has completed in excess of 30 investments including Avigilon, a Canadian security surveillance company that was taken public and sold to Motorola for $1.2B. He has led and invested into a number of acquisitions, financings and re-structurings, startups, leverage buyouts, cross-border transactions and other investment projects of various size and complexity. These dealings have also crossed a variety of sectors including real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing, distribution, media, retail, internet and technology. He has attended London Business School and has a MBA from Oxford University.
Jamie joint-founded a London based marketing company called SIRA. The founding team then grew that brand into a +500 Direct sales team before re-branding as Uswitch.com and selling to a New York Private Equity firm in 2006 for £210m
Since then Jamie has built franchises in Spain, Training companies in Gibraltar, property development businesses in Spain and Eastern Europe, bought and sold publishing companies in the UK and created multi Million dollar growth strategy for a USA financial publishing powerhouse.
As a Partner in our investment group, Jamies role is to engage with company owners looking for a safe exit from the company they have built.

Let's see if it's a fit
Book in a discovery call with Rise Founder Jamie Sylvian. We'll arrange an NDA before the call so we can discuss your company in confidence.
It's important you're comfortable with the team who will be taking over day to day control of the company. At stage 2 we'll arrange a phone, zoom or face to face meeting with the JaaR operations team.
Financials / Offer / Heads of Agreement
Once you've met the key people, the next step is for us to understand the financials of your company. That information goes to Quadra to review and come up with an offer that works for everyone. We will provide proof of funds at this stage.
Meet The Operations Team
Once we have agreed in principal to the terms of the deal, the Analysts at Quadra will dive a little deeper into your business. We'll agree a period of exclusivity and get to work on the due diligence.
You will receive confirmation of our intention to proceed, the legal documentation for transfer of shares or assets and a confirmed date for completion. One all contracts are finalised you will receive payment as per the terms sheet and contracts and the handover of your company is complete.

Once we've agreed to make an offer, we'll need to take a look at the numbers,
HOA & Lock in Period
We'll give you a Heads of Agreement allowing us a 45 day period to review the company and formalise.
Final Offer and Handover
On or before day 45 we will agree final terms, contracts, financials and handover dates.
